Since all work provided by Chroma Design Services is custom made to each order, there are no refunds of any kind offered. All sales are final once the order has been printed.
The only guarantee provided by Chroma Design Services is that we will ship your order out on time. We cannot make any guarantees on behalf of the shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS). The buyer will assume all risk of late deliveries on the part of the shipping carrier. The buyer can file a claim with the shipping carrier in an attempt to recover their funds. No refund will be given by Chroma Design Services for a late shipment that was caused by the shipping carrier.
Estimated Arrival Times:
Free Shipping (orders over $50): Arrives in 2 business days.
Standard Overnight: Arrives by the end of the next business day.
Priority Overnight: Arrives by noon the next business day.
First Overnight: Arrives by 10:00 AM the next business day.
