Upload High-Quality Assets: Please upload the highest resolution photos, videos, or design files available. Avoid using compressed images or low-resolution screenshots to ensure the best output for your project.

Use Google Drive for Multiple Files: If you have multiple files, large video files, or entire folders, we strongly recommend sharing them via a single Google Drive link (or Dropbox link) with access set to "Anyone with the link can view" rather than uploading individual items one by one.

Organize & Name Your Files Clearly: Label your files accurately (e.g., Brand_Logo_Vector.svg, Product_Photo_01.jpg) so our design team knows exactly where each asset should be used.

Check File Permissions: Before submitting external links, double-check that file sharing permissions are set to public/viewable so our team can access your assets immediately without delays.

Include Your Name or Project Name: Label your folder or submission with your name or business name (e.g., JaneDoe_BrandAssets) so we can quickly match assets to your project.

Submit Everything at Once: Please ensure you gather and include all necessary files before submitting to avoid multiple submissions. If you forget an asset or need to send additional files later, please reach out directly to a team representative instead of submitting a new form.

Payment Terms: To begin your project, a 35% non-refundable down payment is required prior to starting any design work. Upon payment, you will receive a receipt for your records. Because our design team invests significant time and resources into creating your initial proof, this deposit ensures our team is fairly compensated for their labor and covers initial development costs should you decide to cancel or redirect the project once work has commenced.
